At Premier Communications we take pride in providing technicians who are not only experienced, but also highly qualified for the systems that they are installing. Last week Premier’s lead technician, Nick Taylor, spent the week in Tampa, Florida at BICSI headquarters where he took a 5-day course learning more in depth the best practices for proper installation of structured cabling. It was followed by a 2-day test which included a hands on test to demonstrate the acquired skills as well as a written test. Notification was received today that he passed the test and new holds the credential of BICSI Technician, which is the highest rating that BICSI offers for installers. This is a great asset for Premier Communications as we now employ a full time BICSI RCDD, BICSI Technician, BICSI Level II Installer, BICSI Level I Installer, and a NICET Level 2 Installer.
